Thanks to Wayside Publishing, our Major Event Partner for the 2024 FFLA Convention & Expo! • Logo/name placement on the following: front cover of the event program, top of daily event signage, conference badges, website home page for the remainder of the calendar year, social media exposure, full-page color ad on the back cover of the conference program ($1,000 value) • Major Event Sponsor designation in the conference app including any banner ad space on Sched.com and any other prominent space within that website and app, with further details specific to Sched.com forthcoming after Monday, March 17th. • Triple 6' x 6' Booth ($1,500 value) of company choice located in the most prominent location at the entrance of the exhibit hall or across from entrance to ballroom • Up to eight complimentary conference registrations ($2,200 value). • Opportunity to provide the official conference bags & lanyards with company logo and any additional company branded "swag" included with our conference bags. • Opportunity to host a "takeover" of the FFLA Instagram account during the conference. • Opportunity to deliver a brief welcome message or video at the exhibit hall opening event and at the general session. Any videos may be a maximum of 5 minutes long. • Sponsorship of one of the mini keynote speakers. • Option to present a sponsored pre-conference session and up to two sponsored 60-minute general sessions plus one sponsored presenter (proficiency based for Wayside). Proposals will be turned in via this Google Form by Aug 15, 2025 • Logo placement on all conference e-blasts for the remainder of the calendar year. • Documentation of a tax-deductible contribution minus goods & services provided. FFLA will send a list of attendees who consent to share their information with sponsors a month prior to the conference as well as the complete list three weeks after.
